Can I do anything about this law?

Next to my house is a wood pile, where many wild lives. Is this lake where fish and ducks are common sites, and all drinks from the lagoon. There are teens who go there and get drunk, and has recently been hunting ducks (I believe in hunting, but only seasonal). They throw trash in the pond (beer cans, etc.). But the children spent several days yielded a large amount of gas in the pond that cause most of fish die, a duck and a couple of turkeys have died because of it. There is nothing I can do to stop it? Can anyone clean? Is it okay to take the ducks ID the clipped wings and take to a different pool? PLEASE HELP!

Call the police! Consumers are minors who are themselves a night in jail, and probably not return and repeat. Duck Shooting (low season) is also illegal, and you get a heavy fine. I'm not sure what you can do to solve the problem, but police may prevent it from getting worse. Is fixed at the time, if nothing else.
